Shipment Received

We have received a shipment with approximately 14 plug-in burner colors and more mosaic items. Everything we have in stock is now available to order at www.levinegifts.com.

Products Available Online

All products that are now in stock are available to order online. This includes a few plug-in burners, some new mosaic and glass burners and a few other items.

We are anticipating one more shipment in 2007, but we do not know what will be on it as yet and we most likely will receive it too late to fill holiday orders.

Shipment Received

Our shipment with some plug-in burners, some mosaic and glass burners and other items has arrived. However, we still have to unload them, check them for accuracy and quality and we have a large number of back orders to fill. We will be unable to accept orders on our web site for these items until at least 11/20. We will post again when we have more information.

Shipment Coming In

We have at long last received notice from our supplier of our next shipment, which we should receive by 11/15. However, until we actually receive the products and check them, we cannot be 100% sure that they are correct. The following OUT OF STOCK items are expected in:



Plug-In Burners: Black, Putty, White, Cherubs, Apple, Sunflower, Beige Clay

Mosaic Burners: Amber, Red (both with a new and improved wax bowl)

Heating Plate Electric Burner: Beige Clay

Combo Warmer/Burner: Beige Clay



We are also expecting some new mosaic and glass plug-in burners, electric burners and non-electric burners. These will be posted on our web site in a new COMING SOON section. The products will not be orderable on the site until we have them in stock.



An update catalog with the new glass and mosaic items is being mailed to all customers shortly. It will also include some products that will be on the shipment after this.

Out of Stock Items

Many of our customers have been inquiring as to when we will be getting products back in stock, mainly plug-in burners and beige clay burners. Unfortunately the short answer to this question is that we still do not know. We placed large orders in May and June and earlier for these products as well as a large number of new glass and mosaic burners, expecting them in September or October. A new printed catalog is being sent out shortly.

Our supplier has not shipped these orders yet although they say it will be soon. This means we will not receive any shipments until after November 1. As soon as we have a better date and information as to what we will be receiving, we will post it on this blog and the web site.

Shipment Received

We have received a new shipment. All Plug-In Burners are now in stock except Beige Clay and there are 3 new ones. All Heating Plate Burners are now in stock except Beige Clay & Brown Clay. There are a few other new items that will be added over the next few days.

Email Service

We are testing a service that will allow customers to subscribe to our blog. This means anytime we post a notice of product shipments, etc., subscribers will receive an email. We will post when it is available.

Shipment Coming In

We have received notice of our next shipment, which is expected around the end of August.

We expect to receive the following out of stock items:

Plug-ins: Burgundy, Putty, Marble Burgundy, Taupe, Leaves, Shells, Terra Cotta, Celestial, Hearts & Flowers & Sunflower. We do not expect Beige Clay.

Heating Plate Electric Burners: Black, Marble Black, Iridescent White

Ceramic Warming Pads: Beige Clay

The arrival date is an approximation. Also, occasionally our supplier makes mistakes on products so we cannot guarantee that all of these items will be available until we actually receive them and inspect them. We can accept orders for products "as available" by fax at 800-538-4638 or phone by 800-538-4633.

Plug-in Shipment

We are expecting a large shipment of plug-in burners around the end of August that should restock most. We have not received the exact list as yet. We will post the information as soon as it is available.

Holiday Closure

We will be closed July 4 and July 12-13 for staff holidays. No orders will ship on those 3 days and customer service will be unavailable. Happy Independence Day!

Out of Stock Items

Our next shipment is not expected until sometime in August. Items currently marked as out of stock are unlikely to be restocked before then. We have also had to discontinue selling the 15 watt replacement bulbs for the plug-in burners temporarily. Those are also expected in August.

Shipment Received

We have received a shipment putting several Plug-In Burners & Heating Plate Electric Burners back in stock, among other items. We also have 14 new items. 12 are now available for ordering and 2 are being checked.

Improved Checkout Process

We have today installed a new checkout process that should make checking out easier and faster. The shipping and billing pages are now combined into one, eliminating one step in the process. The cart itself has been moved from the secure server to the same server as the web site, eliminating the delay between servers every time the customer adds an item to the cart. The checkout pages that have personal data remain on the secure servers. Our entire web site is monitored every day by Scan Alert.

We have also added links to shipping time and other info pages on every step in the checkout process.

Quantity Discounts

We have added quantity discounts for buying 6 and 12 of many items at www.levinegifts.com. These discounts are for quantities of the same item in the same color or design. We are sorry but colors and designs cannot be combined for the quantity discounts. www.levinegifts.net is now closed and the traffic is redirected to www.levinegifts.com.

Shipment Received

We have received a large shipment. About 20 items are now back in stock and we have 6 new items which can be ordered at www.levinegifts.com/newfor20mtoc.html as well as in their respective product sections.

Our 2007 catalog was mailed yesterday bulk mail to all customers.

Levine Gifts

We have received a shipment today. Items 15284, 64294, 23344, 24344, 26344, 12785, 15785 and 28785 are now back in stock. We also have 7 new items in the "New for 2007" section.

Our next shipment is due around March 10.

Our printed catalog is currently at our graphics vendor and should be mailed to all customers around March 1.
