Shipment Coming In

We have at long last received notice from our supplier of our next shipment, which we should receive by 11/15. However, until we actually receive the products and check them, we cannot be 100% sure that they are correct. The following OUT OF STOCK items are expected in:



Plug-In Burners: Black, Putty, White, Cherubs, Apple, Sunflower, Beige Clay

Mosaic Burners: Amber, Red (both with a new and improved wax bowl)

Heating Plate Electric Burner: Beige Clay

Combo Warmer/Burner: Beige Clay



We are also expecting some new mosaic and glass plug-in burners, electric burners and non-electric burners. These will be posted on our web site in a new COMING SOON section. The products will not be orderable on the site until we have them in stock.



An update catalog with the new glass and mosaic items is being mailed to all customers shortly. It will also include some products that will be on the shipment after this.

Out of Stock Items

Many of our customers have been inquiring as to when we will be getting products back in stock, mainly plug-in burners and beige clay burners. Unfortunately the short answer to this question is that we still do not know. We placed large orders in May and June and earlier for these products as well as a large number of new glass and mosaic burners, expecting them in September or October. A new printed catalog is being sent out shortly.

Our supplier has not shipped these orders yet although they say it will be soon. This means we will not receive any shipments until after November 1. As soon as we have a better date and information as to what we will be receiving, we will post it on this blog and the web site.
